Sure thing! Not only can we help edit content we gathered for your project, but we can work with elements gathered from other individuals.

How do you charge for your services?

Our pricing is project-based. We have created a set of standard packages that encompass the vast majority of projects. However, some projects might extend beyond what we have offered in our package deals.

Can you work with tight deadlines?

Absolutely! As our name suggests, we strive to accommodate tight deadlines. Every project is different, but we can turn content around within a few hours, days, or weeks. We recommend contacting us as early as possible to discuss your project's timeline.

Do you offer on-location shooting?

Yes, we have a mobile setup that allows us to shoot at various locations. Travel of up to 20 miles and setup costs are factored into our project fees. Travel that exceeds 20 miles will require additional fees.

What formats can you deliver the final product in?

We can deliver in a variety of digital formats depending on your needs, including MP4, MOV for videos, JPEG or RAW for photos, and WAV or MP3 for audio files. We also provide vertical and horizontal formats to ensure the best viewer experience for all video projects.

How do you handle client revisions?

We typically include a set number of revisions in our initial quote. Additional revisions may be subject to extra charges, which we will discuss and agree upon beforehand.

Do you require a deposit before starting a project?

Yes, we usually require a 50% deposit to commence work, with the balance due upon project completion.

 

How long does a typical project take to complete?

The timeline varies based on the project's complexity. A rough estimate is provided during the initial consultation and a detailed timeline is established once the project is scoped.
